Shipping & Return Policy

Order Processing

All orders placed through ISEKAIYA are processed on a weekly basis. Customers should allow 1 to 3 weeks for processing and fulfillment from the date the order is placed. During peak periods, including holidays or convention seasons, processing times may be extended. Fulfillment timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Method and Delivery Timeline

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once fulfilled, domestic delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days. Shipping timelines are not guaranteed and may vary due to USPS operations, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking and Delivery Responsibility

A tracking number is provided for all orders once shipped. Tracking information is sent via email and is also accessible through the customer’s account page. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. ISEKAIYA is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

International Shipping and Customs

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, tariffs, or import taxes required by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and will not be paid or reimbursed by ISEKAIYA under any circumstances.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

All sales are final. ISEKAIYA does not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason, including incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or delivery delays.

The sole exception applies to items that arrive damaged or defective. In such cases, customers must contact contact@isekaiya.com within 7 days of delivery. Requests must include the order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue.

Replacements are issued at the discretion of ISEKAIYA and are subject to product availability. Refunds will not be issued.
